ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file final report in Crime No.423 of 2021 before the concerned Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the Crime No.423 of 2021 on 19.08.2021, no final report is filed till date.

3. Mr.N.Muthuvel, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
