Since issues have been framed in the suit and till date, no interim order has been granted in favour of the applicant / plaintiff in O.A.No.536 of 2020, wherein, the applicant / plaintiff had sought for an interim injunction restraining the respondents /defendants from converting the 6th and 7th floor of the schedule mentioned property into a boarding or lodging or service apartment, no useful purpose will be served, if this application is allowed to be kept pending. With regard to the merits of the contentions in the application, it can very well be decided in the suit after trial.

2. Hence, O.A.No.536 of 2020 is ordered to be closed, without going into the merits of the said application.
