This application has been filed by the applicants/VVS Public Trust seeking to re-nominate the present Board of Trustees of VVS Public Trust, viz., A.Swaminathan, A.V.Raghavan and Dr.Dakshinamurthy Sharma, for a further period of 5 years from 12.06.2022, when their present period in office as Trustees expires.

2. In the affidavit filed by A.V.Raghavan and on behalf of the two applicants, it had been stated that earlier trustees were re-nominated by this Court by an order dated 22.09.2017.

3. It had been further stated that the term of the office expired on 11.06.2022 and consequently prayer is sought to re-nominate as trustees.

4. It is seen that this Court had passed a similar order on an earlier occasion. Since there are no adverse remarks brought to the notice of this Court, the application is allowed and the three persons, viz., A.Swaminathan, A.V.Raghavan and Dr.Dakshinamurthy Sharma are re-nominated as the Trustees of the Applicants' Trust for a further period of five years, i.e from 12.06.2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 29.06.2022
