The present petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of court by disobeying the orders of this Court dated 24.09.2019 passed in W.P.No.36624 of 2015.

Cont.P.No.1218 of 2020 petitioner's service was regularized with effect from 01.12.2014, the disobedience alleged may not be termed as willful. Hence, the contempt petition stands closed. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved against any portion of the compliance order dated 04.12.2020, liberty is hereby granted to him for challenging the same in accordance with law.
