[Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.,] This Petition has been filed to grant exemption to Cross Appellant from the payment of court fee of Rs.32,000/- instead of paying the court fee of a sum of Rs.32,851/- in the above Cross Appeal.

The above Petition seeking exemption of Court Fee for a sum of Rs.32,000/- is ordered, subject to the condition that, in the event of any enhancement in the compensation amount, the Petitioner will have to pay the requisite court-fee.
