This petition has been filed to quash the FI.R in Crime No. 160 of 2020 on the first of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after conducting investigation in crime No.160 of 2020 the same was closed as mistake of fact on 01.07.2020. Infact the referred charge sheet alo served to the petitioners.
