3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was referred to Mediation, but, it was not settled.
4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to take up the enquiry and proceed with the complaint of the petitioner in accordance with law following the dictum of the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Govt. of U.P., (2014) 2 SCC 1 and complete the enquiry within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition is closed.
