Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the orders passed in G.O.Ms.No.221 Health and Family Welfare Department dated 03.08.2009 and subsequent orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.241 Health

and Family Welfare Department dated 26.07.2012 and consequent Prospectus for Para Medical Certificate / Diploma Course for 2012-2013 session issued by 4th respondent and to quash the same and consequently forbearing the respondent from conducting any Diploma / Certificate Course in respect of Technician Courses comes under Technical Education without obtaining prior approval / recognition from All India Council for Technical Education or any other relevant statutory body.
