This petitions have been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.6.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate on instructions from the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are not cooperating with the enquiry and hence, the complaints were closed.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petitions are closed. The third respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -s/dAssistant Registrar(CSVI) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar ssk.
