ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.12.2025 and conclude the enquiry in connection with CSR.No.215 of 2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent within a time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that in respect of CSR 215 of 2025, summons already issued to both the petitioner and to the counter parties on 09.03.2026 directing them to appear before the respondent police on 10.03.2026. But they not responded to the summons and therefore, enquiry is pending. Further, he submitted that three weeks' time may be granted to conclude the enquiry in CSR No.215 of 2025.
