W.P.No.11118 of 2013:-Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India Praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the Second respondent to conclude the conciliation proceedings as required under Section 12 (6) of the Industrial Disputes Act and in the event of failure of conciliation issue conciliation failure report to the 1st respondent and further direct the first respondent to pass orders for reference of the industrial dispute under section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act within a stipulated time.
