This application has been filed seeking leave to produce documents.

2. The applicant is the plaintiff in T.O.S.No.69 of 2013. The applicant seeks to produce these documents to show that one of the Attestor to the Will is no more and to prove her signature.

3. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed, the documents are permitted to be produced subject to proof and relevancy.

4. The Registry is directed to post the Testamentary Original Suit before the learned Additional Master - II on 08.11.2021. 29.10.2021.
