This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2022 requesting for issuance of Duplicate Certificates and pass final orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he has lost certain certificates. The details of the same are as under. Sl.

Since the representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Heard, Mr.M.Senthamizh Selvan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.J.Mohammed, Sathik, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents.

4. On instructions, learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner will have to submit online application along with non-traceability certificate and only then, the Director of School Education as well as the Principal of the College will be in a position to consider the petitioner's request.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit online application to the 1st and 4th respondents seeking for issuance of duplicate certificates.

6. After recording the submissions made by the respective counsels, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application to the 1st and 4th respondents seeking for issuance of duplicate certificates, the details of which are given as under.

7. With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
