The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 263 days in filing the criminal revision against the order dated 11.05.2023 passed in C.M.P.No.3400 of 2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
