This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the above appeal. 2.

Mr.Vikram Vijayaraghavan, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondent, submitted that he has no objection in condoning the delay.
