This petition is filed to seek impleadment of the legal representatives of the deceased second petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. The second petitioner in the writ petition is the Proprietor of the first petitioner company, who died. Therefore, in order to bring the legal representatives of the second petitioner, this petition has been filed seeking to implead the petitioners 4 to 6 as the proposed parties in the writ petition as legal heirs of the second petitioner.

3. In view of the same, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and post the writ petition on 11.11.2020.
