This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 116 days in paying the deficit Court fees of Rs.5000/- in O.S.A.SR.No.206321 of 2025 against C.S.No.872 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner pays the deficit court fee of Rs.5,000/- into the Registry within a period of one week from today, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.
