CR.NO.22 OF 2012 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2688/2016 in Crl.A.No.46 of 2016 dated 13.06.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.V.SAIRAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. SARIYAPRAKASH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is to relax the condition made in Crl.M.P.No.2688 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.46 of 2016 dated 13.06.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
3. The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner has been complied with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2688 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.46 of 2016 dated 13.06.2016 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial Judge, Mahila Court, Coimbatore, on the first working day of once in three months at 10.30 a.m until further orders. -sd/- 07/02/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
