ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against an order dismissing an application filed before the trial Court under Rule 75 of the Civil Rules of Practice for issuance of summons to the Tahsildar (Record Officer) to produce the records relating the order passed by him in favour of the plaintiff recording him as a tenant in respect of the suit property.

When this Court put a question as to whether any application was filed before the Record Officer for obtaining copy of such order, the answer came in the negative.

In addition, the learned senior counsel appearing for the counsel on record for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks the leave of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to first approach the Record Officer for the supply of certified copy of the above said order and in case, the Record Officer refuses to furnish such certified copy, to approach the trial Court with a fresh application for the issuance of summons to cause production of the relevant records or certified copies of the same. An endorsement to that effect has also been made.
