Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To suspend the sentence imposed on the Petitioner by Judgment dated 03.12.2018 passed in Special S.C.No.18 of 2016 on the file of the Sessions Judge and Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvannamalai and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above C.A.No.824 of 2018.
