O R D E R

This petition is filed for modification to modify the condition imposed in the bail order dated 12.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1189 of 2022 in producing a bond for each Rs.10,000/- and with a like sum, two acceptable and reliable sureties, one of them shall be a Government Servant to the satisfaction of Vth Metropolitan Magistrate Egmore, Chennai.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1189 of 2022 order dated 12.04.2022 i.e., "1. That they shall execute a bond for each Rs.10,000/- and with a like sum, two acceptable and reliable sureties, one of them shall be Government servant to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

satisfaction of the Vth Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai" is modified to the effect that "1. That they shall execute a bond for each Rs.10,000/- and with a like sum, two acceptable and reliable sureties, one of them shall be a blood related surety to the satisfaction of the Vth Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai".

4. With the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
