Heard Mr.K.M.Aasim Shehzad, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Bavishetty Sridhar, learned Deputy Official Liquidator for the respondent.

2.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, all these applications are allowed, the delay in filing the claim petitions before the Official Liquidator is condoned. The petitioners are required to produce the original documents before the learned Official Liquidator to enable him to adjudicate upon the claims.
