Heard Mr.K.M.Azim Shehzad, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr.Bavishetty Sridhar, learned Deputy Official Liquidator for the Liquidator.

2.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed and the delay in filing the claim petitions before the Official Liquidator is condoned.

3.Parties are required to file original documents before the learned Official Liquidator to enable him to adjudicate upon the claims.
