Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents.

2. The petitioners have given sufficient reasons justifying the delay in filing the application, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents fairly submitted that given the nature of the applications, they have no objection.

4. In view of the reasons found mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the Interlocutory Applications and taking into account the submissions made on behalf of both parties, all these Applications are allowed.
