Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 27.04.2022 in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27.04.2022.

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner is a Programme Manager of Indian Red Cross Society of Tamil Nadu

Branch. The petitioner submitted a representation to take action against the office bearers of Red Cross Tamil Nadu Branch for fraudulent activities and misappropriation of Red Cross Tamil Nadu funds.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner produced the notification issued by the Ministry of Personnel Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training), S.O.2824(E) dated 01.12.2008, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby specifies the 15th day of December,2008 as the date on and from which the provisions of Sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the said Act shall apply to the organisations, being the societies and statutory organisations owned or controlled by the Government and makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) number G.S.R.730 (E) dated 02.05.1986, viz., Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Statutory Autonomous Organisation under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
