O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.530 of 2019 in a prescribed time limit. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit is pending for a very long time without any progress and a direction has to be issued for speedy disposal.

3.

On seeing the case diary, it is seen that trial has already been commenced and the case stands posted for examination of further P.Ws from 07.03.2022. Despite the matter has been adjourned 4 times for examination of further P.Ws, no progress is shown. If the petitioner wishes to dispose the suit early, he has to co-operate with the learned trial Judge by producing his witnesses at the earliest. Since I find no wanton delay made in the proceedings, it does not require any direction by fixing time limit. Since 2/4

the matter is at part-heard stage, it will be appreciable if the learned trial Judge disposes the suit at the earliest.

4.

Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.530 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible. However, there is no order as to costs.
