A.Rahamathunisha v. The State Of Tamilnadu

CMP.No.11523 of 2021 in STA.SR.No.2011 of 2019 T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J AND SATHI KUMAR SUKUMRA KURUP,J Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J We have heard Mr.John Zachariah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Edwin Prabhakar, learned Government Advocate accepting notice for the respondents.

2. In the earlier matters, delay in representation has been condoned by imposing a cost of Rs.2,000/-. That apart, we are also convinced with the reasons assigned for not being able to represent the papers in time.

3. Hence, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund and the payment shall be effected within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
