This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 28.03.2023 in para No.7(iii) in Crl.MP.No.4290 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.317 of 2023 directing the petitioners to pay 10% of the fine amount imposed against them by the trial Court within a period of one month from the date of release.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time is extended to the petitioners till 29.05.2023 to pay 10% of the fine amount imposed against them by the trial Court.
