O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif, Attur to dispose of O.S.No.406 of 2014 within a stipulated period of time.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first respondent herein filed a suit for permanent injunction and the defendants filed the written statement and contested the suit. He further submitted that since the defendants are senior citizens, he sought for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.406 of 2014.

3.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I am of the view that it is a fit case to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.406 of 2014 as early as possible. Accordingly, the Presiding Officer, District Munsif, Attur is directed to dispose of O.S.No.406 of 2014 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving fair opportunity to both sides.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
