Respondent(s) PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 2 nd Respondent in the impugned notification dated 22.07.2024 in No.VI(1)/494(b9)/2024 in (CLA-SIP/2024/40/08/08/0001) issued by 2 nd Respondent under sub section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,1997 and quash the same with regard to the Petitioners land in S.Nos.253/3A(Hectares 1.19.0),253/3B (Hectares 0.80.70),253/3C(Hectares 0.02.80) admeasuring a total extent of Hectares 2.02.50 (5 Acres) in Madharpakkam Village,Thiruvallur District and consequentially direct the Respondents herein to conduct enquiry under section 3 (2) of the Tamilnadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,1997 after obtaining prior environmental clearance as per Environmental Impact Assessment notification 2006 and thereafter pass an order and publish notification under section 3(1) of the Tamil nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act,1997 for the

proposed Industrial Estate in SIPCOT Manellore Phase-III project in Gummudipoondi Taluk,Thiruvallur District.
