By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal and disposed of by this order.

Mr.C.kathiravan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for a mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to accommodate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner in the entry level post such as Junior Assistant or Tax Collector in Erode District in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.76, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 31.05.2019 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2019. 4.
This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and also perused the materials placed before it.

Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner either in his representation or in this writ petition and without prejudice to the contentions of either parties, directs the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2019 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
