(Judgment was delivered by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This Writ Appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 11.04.2016 in Rev.Appl.No.39 of 2016 in W.P.No.28490 of 2014.
2.The said Review Application was allowed by directing the 1st respondent to pass a speaking order after giving an opportunity to the parties. Thereafter, an order in favour of the appellant was passed by the Department. It is now admitted that the order passed by the Assistant Engineer, E&PA/Ambattur Circle, TNEB, is again the subject matter of another writ petition in W.P.No.11289 of 2017. The said writ petition was disposed of by order dated 14.06.2017. Learned counsel appearing for the
appellant states that a Review is pending as against the order in W.P.No.11289 of 2017, in Rev.Appl.No.33 of 2018. 3.In view of the subsequent developments, this Court finds that the Appeal may not survive and is unnecessary. Therefore, giving liberty to the appellant to prosecute the Review Application in Rev.Appl.No.33 of 2018 which is filed as against the order passed in the writ petition in W.P.No.11289 of 2017, this Writ Appeal is closed.
