The trial Court directed the petitioner to undergo DNA Test by its order dated 11.12.2012. During the pendency of this revision, DNA Test was taken. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Criminal Revision.
2. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
