Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of 2nd, 3rd and 5th respondents in connection with the impugned orders passed by the 3rd respondent under the 1st impugned order in O.Mu.No.3275/A1/2001 dated 28.04.2001 and the 2nd impugned order dated 09.12.2009 in Na.Ka.No.7260/A1/2009 and the 3rd impugned order in O.Mu.No.888/A1/2007 dated 01.07.2010 passed by the 5th respondent.(Prayer amended as per order dated 30.04.2014 by this Court in MP.No.1 of 2013 in WP.No.3541 of 2011.)

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners who are brothers seeking compassionate appointment from the respondents.
2.When the matter was posted today viz on (13.02.2017) "for Judgment", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has produced an order in Na.Ka.No.3388/A1/2001, dated 26.12.2015 issued by the District Education Officer, Vellore that the first petitioner Mr.Arul Shankar was appointed as Junior Assistant at Government Higher Secondary School, Essaiyanur, Vellore District.
2.In view of the same, recording the said submission made on behalf of the petitioners that compassionate appointment has been given to the first petitioner, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
