ORDER

Citing a technical flaw in coining the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to file a fresh civil revision petition, which shall be bereft of such mistakes. An endorsement to that effect has been made.

2. The endorsement is recorded and the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for is granted. However, there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
