This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Kangayam, for the speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.218 of 2018.

The revision petitioner is the plaintiff, who has filed the suit against the defendant for the reliefs of declaration and permanent injunction.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit is of the year 2018 and it is pending for framing issues and hence, a direction has to be issued for speedy disposal. 4.
The revision petitioner is a senior citizen, who is 60 years old. It is needless to state that priority should be given to the cases involving senior citizens by the Courts and the matters should be disposed of at the earliest. Since the written statement has already been filed and the matter is nearing the stage of trial, it will be good if the learned trial Judge disposes the suit at the earliest.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the learned District Munsif, Kangayam, is directed to dispose of the suit 2/4
