Prayer in W.P.No.9136 of 2016: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.10791/2014/rcjp-1 Nil date in the month of February 2016, in respect of the post of Noon Meal Organiser in Government High School, Ponnur Panchayat within Thellar Panchayat Union, Thiruvannamalai District quash the same and to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner, who belongs to Backward class, as per the earlier communal rotation for the post of Noon Meal Organizer in Government High School Ponnur Panchayat.
