ORDER

This Court, by order dated 27.03.2019, has extended two months time for completing the trial by the Sub Court, Tambaram. 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

vga 2.On completion of the time limit, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram has given a letter dated 30.07.2020 seeking extension of time on the ground that due to Corona Virus Pandemic, the matter could not be disposed of within the time granted by this Court. 3.Considering the prevailing pandemic situation all over the State and across the country, this Court is inclined to give a final chance to the Subordinate Court, Tambaram to comply with the direction issued by this Court on 27.03.2019.

4.Accordingly, the Subordinate Court, Tambaram is directed to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P. No.247 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 19.08.2020 vga Tr.C.M.P. No.97 of 2018 2/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
