O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.08.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 457, 380 IPC, in Crime No.1399 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent lady and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration from 21.08.2020 and prays for grant of bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would vehemently oppose stating that the petitioner is a habitual offender who has been involved in five other cases. He would further submit that the petitioner was arrested very recently on 21.08.2020 and investigation is pending with regard to finding out about the other cases pending against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and involved in five cases of similar nature and other cases are yet to be ascertained, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
