O R D E R

This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.2998 of 2015, dated 30.10.2015 as this petitioner shall appear before the respondnet police daily for the period of 30 days.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is aged person and due to injury, he is taking treatment in the hospital and hence, he is unable to appear before the respondent police daily. Since the said condition could not be complied with, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed even for a single day.

4.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a Senior Citizen and he is also taking treatement in the hospital, the condition imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.2998 of 2015, dated 30.10.2015 that to appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of 30 days is hereby deleted and in that place, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of five days alone and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 5.This petition is modified accordingly and rest of the conditions imposed on the petitioner shall remain unaltered.
