2. The petitioner seeks an order to fix an outer time limit for disposal of the proceedings.

3. The proceeding in O.P.No.2788 of 2009 was instituted by the respondent praying for a decree under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The proceedings in O.P.No.2786 of 2009 was instituted by the petitioner herein and the prayer is to grant a decree of divorce. The matter is pending from the year 2009 onwards. The petitioner therefore wanted an early disposal of the matrimonial proceedings.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

5. The learned III Additional Family Judge, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the proceedings in O.P.Nos.2786 of 2009 and 2788 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31 March 2017.

6. The civil revision petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
