O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 15.03.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for adding his name as one of the joint patta holders with respect to the subject property in Patta Nos.190, 731 and 1481.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to act upon the online application 2/4

submitted by the petitioner on 15.03.2025 and take a decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the petitioner is seeking for including his name in the joint patta, the other patta holders shall be put on notice before taking a final decision.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
