Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2021 and to dispose of the same in the manner known to law by paying / awarding the compensation amount to the competent or appropriate person eligible to receive the same.

ORDER
The petitioner filed this writ petition for direction directing the first respondent to consider his representation dated 13.03.2021 in respect of payment of compensation for the land which was acquired by the first respondent.
2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the owner of the property comprised in survey No.326/3 admeasuring 50 cents situated at No.103, Beemanthangal Village, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram District. However, he was not paid any compensation.
3. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that what are all the amounts awarded by the third respondent, already had been deposited and the entire award amount is lying with the third respondent for disbursement.
4. Considering the above submission, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and, after giving opportunity to the petitioner and on verification, pass orders for disbursement of the compensation within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
