Writ Petition in WP No.27601 of 2015 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to accord re-structuring of the loan Account No. 01110009 of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2015 within a time frame.

Writ Petition in WP No.27602 of 2015 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to accord re-structuring of the loan Account No. 01110006 & A/c.No.011100007 of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2015 within a time frame. For petitioners Mr. A.V. Raja COMMON ORDER (Order of the court was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to make necessary application to the appropriate forum and has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:

writ petitions with liberty to approach the D.R.T. By challenging the possession notice and consequential relief sought in the present writ petition regarding the restructuring of loan."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforestated, if so advised, under the provisions of law. Besides, in the event of the petitioners filing necessary application within a period of one week from the date receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall be considered and decided by the appropriate forum, as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
