This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2021 in accordance with law, and not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Counsel (Criminal Counsel) appearing for the respondents.
