(R-4 Suo Motu impleaded vide order dt.26.07.2021 made in WP) .. Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 to
take immediate similar innovative measures but not limited to the Supreme Court Registry Circular Ref.F.No.01/Judl./2020 dated 05/03/2020 and also consider the suggestions in this petition and also to consider that those innovative measures be also extended to all Subordinate courts in the entire state of Tamil Nadu, all Tribunals judicial and quasi -judicial authorities and also taking into consideration the influence on the outcome, this Court dispose this matter in a timely and judicious manner.

ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Ajay Francis Inigo Loyola, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.Santhanaraman, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Mr.R.Rajesh Vivekanandan, learned Assistant Solicitor General for respondent No.4.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents be directed to take immediate innovative measures similar but not limited to the Supreme Court Registry Circular dated 05.03.2020 and also to consider the suggestions in the petition.
3. One of the contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioner is to adopt A4 size papers. The same has already been implemented. The other contention of the learned counsel is the mandatory e-filing. The process has already commenced and e-filing is compulsory in all commercial court matters, tax matters, cases relating to Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, Succession proceedings. In the staggered manner e-filing method of filing is implemented. The petitioner is welcome to give suggestions on the administrative side.
4. Any suggestions for innovative method are welcome. The same can be submitted to the Registry. The Registry would thereafter refer it to the Committee for consideration.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
