ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the case pending trial in S.T.C.No.322 of 2010 on the file of the learned District Munsiff cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi, to the file of the jurisdictional court, namely Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karur or to any other equal and competent court at Karur.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
