This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that based on the complaint, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR. No.660 of 2019 and the same was closed.
