Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to survey the land and issue the separate Patta in Join Patta No.1551 in Survey No.54/2c on the basis of Petitioner's online Application No.2025/0103/33/411890 dated 15.03.2025 and representation send to 1st respondent dated 01.04.2025, partition deed in document No.2285 dated 27.07.2018 at Athipakkam village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi District and make necessary entries in the revenue records.

The writ miscellaneous petition seeking to file a single writ petition under Rule 15 of Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021 has not been filed and hence, the writ petition is dismissed insofar as the petitioners 2 and 3 are concerned and it is entertained only insofar as the first petitioner is concerned.

2. This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the first petitioner on 15.03.2025, wherein, the first 2/4

petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and demarcation of the boundaries.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the first petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The first petitioner is relying upon the partition deed dated 27.07.2018 registered as Document No.2285 of 2018. The first petitioner is also relying upon the joint patta issued in patta No.1551. The first petitioner submitted the online application on 15.03.2025, after paying necessary charges and requested for conducting survey and for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the first petitioner on 15.03.2025 and conduct survey in the subject property based on the title documents and also the joint patta that has been issued in patta No.1551. Survey shall be conducted in the presence of all interested parties. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/4
