(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) Mr.Ronan, learned counsel on behalf of Mr.S.Thanka Sivan, learned counsel for the sole respondent fairly submits that there is no serious objection to the condonation of delay of 21 days in filing the Original Side Appeal.

2. Hence, and also for the reasons set out in the affidavit accompanying the Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 21 days in filing the Original Side Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Original Side Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
